Danielle started in music as a kid with piano and flute and eventually found a passion for singing at 12 years old.
In 2000 she toured with Nelly Furtado on her Whoa Nelly Tour through North America and Overseas. Recently Danielle has had songs on the WB's Charmed and MTV's Laguna Beach and The Hills. And Danielle has a full record titled "Twelve" recorded with her producer and long time friend Mike K. Mike K also played in Nelly Furtado's band as guitarist and has toured with, played on records, and produced signed bands both in Canada and US.
As a child and still today she has been drawn to the talent and beauty of Stevie Wonder and his music. Many of her musical influences began with R&B and later leaned toward artists like Terence Trent Darby, Lenny Kravitz, Madonna. Today she listens to a little of everything from Outkast to The Muse......loves searching the net for indie bands and artists or just fresh new talent.
Danielle says, "I sound like an edgier AVRIL or KELLY but mix in a little EVANESCENSE." I've been described as SARAH MCLAUGHLIN crossed with IGGY POP!
